机场扩建工程项目是城市建设的重要内容，也是支持城市经济高质量增长的重要动力。为了满足乘客不断增长的使用需求，各地的机场纷纷扩建和改造，但受限于诸多因素影响，导致资料收集难度大，缺乏系统化管理，极大地影响到项目实施效率。主要分析了机场扩建工程项目管理中BIM平台的应用情况，梳理重难点，并寻求合理有效的项目管理措施应用到实处，以期为机场扩建提供优质可靠的服务。

Abstract:
As an important part of urban construction , airport expansion projects are also an important driving force for high- quality growth of ur- ban economy. In order to meet the growing needs of passengers , airports around the country have been expanded and rebuilt. However , limited by many factors , it is difficult to collect data or realize systematic management , which greatly affects the efficiency of project implementation. This paper mainly analyzes the application of BIM platform in airport expansion project management , sorting out the important and difficult points , and seeking reasonable&effective project management measures to be applied in practice , with a view to providing high- quality andrelia- ble service for airport expansion.
