摘要:

针对SHELL煤气化装置中煤粉锁斗系统气体注入装置、充气锥和管道充气器的烧结金属过滤元件损坏等问题，分析了可能的失效原因，并建议改用多孔板的方案，以期为其他工程项目锁斗系统过滤元件选用提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems such as the damage of sintered metal filter elements of gas injection device , aeration cone and pipe aerator of pulverized coal sluice system in SHELL Coal Gasification Unit , the possible failure causes are analyzed , and the scheme of adopting perforated plate is suggested in order to provide reference for the other engineering projects in selection of filter elements of similar system.
