百万吨级甲醇合成气压缩机具有气量大、负荷调节范围宽、进排气蜗室效率低、进排气压力高、转子跨距长、转子动力学差等一系列设计难点。通过开发合成气专用大流量系数、高能头、高效率模型级,解决进气量大、负荷调节范围宽的问题;开发流线型进排气蜗室结构,解决蜗室效率低的问题;开发大型、高压卡环机壳结构,解决压缩机压力高的问题;优化叶轮、转子结构,解决转子稳定性的问题。攻克大型甲醇合成气压缩机核心关键技术,开发研制百万吨级甲醇合成气压缩机组,满足煤化工装置大型化发展的需求。

Abstract:
The million-ton-grade methanol syngas compressor faces a series of design difficulties, such as large gas volume , wide load regulation range , low inlet and outlet volute chamber efficiency , high inlet and outlet pressure , long rotor span and poor rotor dynamics. Through develop- ment of syngas-specific large flow coefficient , high energy head , and high efficiency model stage , problems of large intake gas and wide range of load regulation are addressed. The streamlined inlet and outlet structure of volute chamber is developed to solve the low efficiency problem of the volute chamber. Through development of large , high pressure clamp ring shell structure , the problem of high pressure in compressor is re- solved. By optimizing the structure of impeller and rotor , the problem of rotor stability is solved. The paper aims to make breakthroughs in the core and key technologies for large-scale methanol syngas compressors and develop syngas compressor units for million-ton-grade methanol plants, so as to meet the need for developing larger-scale coal chemical plants.
