摘要:

针对某已开车运行项目，对进出激冷水过滤器的原设计管路进行了改造研究，提出了在激冷水过滤器管路上增加旁路并配置管道过滤器的改造方案，并应用CAESARⅡ软件对改造后的管路进行管道应力的分析计算，最后讨论了此改造方案的特点及在投入运行后应注意的相关事项。

Abstract:

A research on remodelling the designed inlet and outlet pipelines of chilled water filter in a running project was conducted , putting for- ward the scheme of adding bypass and arranging pipeline filter on the chilled water filter pipelines. CAESAR Ⅱsoftware is adopted to analyze and calculate the post-remodeling pipeline stress. Finally , the characteristics of the remodeling scheme and relevant matters that should be paid attention to following plant operation are discussed.
