在煤制合成氨的气化和变换装置中存在不同工艺技术路线。分析和比较了不同类型的干煤粉气化技术、变换技术组合方案的能耗和投资等因素，并讨论了氨合成的余热利用方式，为煤制合成氨新建和节能改造项目的工艺技术路线选择提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

There are different process&technical routes of gasification and Co Shift Unit in Coal-to-ammonia plants. The energy consumption and investment factors of different types of dry pulverized coal gasification technology and Co shift technology combination schemes are analyzed and compared , and the utilization mode of waste heat in ammonia synthesis is discussed , which can provide reference on the selection of technical route for construction and energy-saving transformation in coal-to-ammonia projects.
