暖通系统是提升商业建筑中用户体验的重要设施之一，但由于受到各种因素影响，暖通设计存在着许多问题。基于当下社会发展的背景，分析了商业建筑中暖通设计的简要内容和重要性，进一步深入研究了商业建筑暖通设计存在的主要问题，并结合科学的方案给出了解决策略。

Abstract:

HVAC system is one of the important facilities for improving the user experience in commercial buildings. However , due to the influ- ence of various factors , there are many problems in HVACdesign. Based on the background of current social development , the brief content and importance of HVACdesign in commercial buildings are analyzed , and the main problems existing in HVACdesign of commercial buildings are further studied , with solution strategies given with scientific schemes.
