利用数值模拟方法计算离心式气流分级机内部流场的强旋流动,分别考察标准K-e模型、RNGK-e模型、雷诺应力模型这3种湍流模型的模拟结果。结果表明:雷诺应力模型计算结果与实测值数据吻合较好,标准K-e模型和RNGK-e模型计算结果与实测值偏差较大,可以采用雷诺应力模型模拟离心式气流分级机的流场特性;选用适当的湍流模型对离心式气流分级机内部流场进行模拟,可以更准确地预测强旋流速度场的分布特点。

Abstract:
The strong swirling flow in the centrifugal air classifier is calculated via numerical simulation method, The simulation results of the standard k-e model,RNG k-e model and Reynolds stress model are investigated respectively, The results show that the calculated results of the Keynolds stress model are in good areement with the measured data, and those of the standard k-e model and the RNC k- model beammotabl deviations from the corresponding measured values, The Reynolds stress model can be used to simulate the flow field characteristics of the cen trifugal air classifier.The distribution characteristics of strong swirl velocity field can be predicted more accurately by using appropriate turbur lence model to simulate the internal flow field of centrifugal classifier.
