电动盲板阀是一种电动切断气体介质的闸板阀，能够实现对管路气体的绝对切断，对保障煤气及有毒气体介质管线的安全有重要作用。以电动盲板阀的结构原理入手，结合某大型工业燃气项目中大口径煤气管道上盲板阀的安装案例，介绍了实际安装过程中遇到的问题以及相应的解决方案。同时，对问题的产生原因进行探讨，为管道上电动盲板阀布置提供了一定的指导。

Abstract:
Electric blind valve is a kind of gate valve for cutting off gas media electrically.It can cut off pipeline gas absolutely,and thus plays an important role in ensuring the safety of pipelines containing coal gas and toxic gas media.Based on the structural principle of electric blind valve, the problems encountered in actual installation of blind valves and the corresponding solutions are introduced,combining the installation case of such valve on the large diameter gas pipeline in a large industrial gas project.At the same time,the causes of such problems are discussed,provi- ding guidance for arrangement of electric blind valves on pipelines.
