摘要:

结合工程设计实例,利用ANSYSWorkbench有限元分析软件,采用特征值法进行应力分析和稳定性计算,判断在局部焊后热处理状态下,同时承受较大轴向载荷的大型塔式容器塔体的稳定性,为该组合工况下的塔体是否需要进行局部加固或增加支撑结构提供可靠的理论依据,对可用于工程建设的参考计算过程进行详细介绍,同时结合工程设计的实际需求,对我国即将颁布和正在修订的标准规范材料篇的内容进行展望。

Abstract:

Taking actual engineering design cases into consideration,the finite element analysis software of ANSYS Workbench is used for stress analysis and stability calculation via the eigenvalue method;the stability of the large tower vessel body under local post-welding heat treatment while bearing large axial load is evaluated to provide a reliable theoretical basis for whether the tower body needs to be partially reinforced or to have supporting structure increased under the combined working conditions.The referential calculation process usable for engineering construc- tion is introduced in detail.At the same time,the content of the codes and standards which are forthcoming or under revision is envisioned,taking the actual needs of engineering design into due consideration.
