为了将HAZID分析技术更好地运用到工程设计中,对HAZID分析中区域划分、引导词、风险矩阵进行改进,提出了生产过程相对独立、空间位置相对独立、事故范围相对独立、明确区域界线的区域划分原则;在将风险类别分为“外部和环境风险”、“设施和工艺风险”、“健康危害风险”三类基础上,筛选了与工程设计相关的引导词;提出了与后续工程设计中其他过程危险源相衔接的风险矩阵。基于改进的HAZID分析技术,对广西某原料及产品罐区项目进行分析,结果表明,适用性较好。

Abstract:
In order to better apply HAZID analysis technology to engineering design,the zoning,guide words and risk matrix in HAZID analysis are improved,putting forward the zoning principles of relative independence in production process,spatial location,and accident scope,as well as clear-cut zone boundaries.On the basis of dividing risk categories into"external and environmental risks","facility and process risks"and “health hazard risks”,the guiding words related to engineering design are screened.A risk matrix connecting with the other process hazard sources in subsequent engincering design is proposed.A raw material and product tank farm project in Guangxi is analyzed based on the im- proved HAZID analysis technology,and the result of which shows that it is suitable for application.
