随着建筑市场的发展及科技进步,建筑行业也面临着技改和创新,尤其是在国家大力倡导节能减排的大背景下,铝合金模板工艺应运而生,相较于传统的木模板,铝合金模板施工对安装专业的预留、预埋提出了更高要求,因铝模板为程序化的拼接,在拼接完成后不得随意在其上开孔、钻眼、切割等。因此,前期必须解决线盒与孔洞准确定位、管线排布、碰撞等问题,改进传统的预留、预埋施工方法,改善了外观,提升了结构外观质量,减少返工,在一定程度上降低了后期施工成本,缩短了工期。

Abstract:

With the development of construction market and the progress of science  and technology , the  construction  industry is also  seeing  technological transformation and innovation,especially under the background of energy conservation and emission reduction rigorously advocated by the nation, wherein the aluminum alloy formwork process emerges naturally . Compared with traditional wood  formwork , the construction of aluminum alloy formwork has higher requirements for the installation discipline in terms of reservation and pre -embedment . Since aluminum alloy formwork is spliced in a programmed manner  , opening holes , drilling  , cutting , etc .  are not allowed on the formwork after splicing .  Therefore, problems such as accurate positioning of junction box and hole, pipeline arrangement and collision must be solved in the early stage, so as to im- prove the traditional construction methods for reservation and pre-embedding, improve the appearance of construction works, enhance the quality of the structure, reduce rework , and to a certain extent lessen the construction cost for later stages and shorten the construction period accordingly.
