摘要:

针对浙江晋巨化工有限公司甲醇精馏装置存在的塔板效率低、分离提纯效率低、精甲醇中乙醇含量较高、废水中COD含量高等问题,提出采用四塔精馏甲醇工艺对装置进行技术改造,增加回收精馏塔,用于回收废水中甲醇,同时将原工艺流程中板式精馏塔改为填料塔。实践显示,改造后甲醇精馏装置分离效率得到大幅提高,实现了对常压塔废水中甲醇的充分回收,减少了产品损失,装置的蒸汽消耗大幅下降,节能降耗效果显著。

Abstract:

Given such problems in the methanol rectification unit of Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Co.,Ltd.as low plate efficiency,low separation and purification efficiency,high ethanol content in refined methanol and high COD content in waste water,a four-column methanol rectification process is proposed for technical transformation of the unit,adding a recovery column for methanol recovery from wastewater,and changing the plate rectification column of the original process into a packed column.Practice shows that the separation efficiency of methanol rectification unit has been greatly improved after transformation,full recovery of methanol from wastewater in the atmospheric column has been realized to reduce product loss,and steam consumption of the unit has been greatly reduced,indicating remarkable effect of energy  saving and consumption reduction.
