针对煤制乙二醇生产企业运行过程中存在的能耗偏高的问题,通过对比不同煤制乙二醇生产企业在反应系统和精馏系统方面不同的工业设计方案,结合实际工程建设及工业运行经验,分析不同工业设计方案在运行过程中能耗情况的优劣,提出更加有利于节能的工业设计方案,并对目前新兴的节能技术进行简要介绍,供煤制乙二醇生产企业选择参考,以推动煤制乙二醇生产企业实施节能改造。

Abstract:
In view of the high energy consumption issue existing in the operation of coal-to-ethylene glycol production enterprises,this paper com- pares different industrial design schemes in the reaction and distillation systems of such enterprises,analyzes the merits and demerits of these schemes in energy consumption during operation,combining the actual engineering construction and industrial operation experience,and puts for- ward the industrial design scheme which is more conducive to energy saving,and briefly introduces the emerging energy saving technologies at present as reference for the coal-to-ethylene glycol production enterprises to promote energy-saving transformation.
