摘要: 针对气化炉灰水处理系统除硬、除硅、沉淀及污泥处理环节存在的问题,采用气泳多效反应器和精确的加药系统,有效提高了水处理效率,同时确保了出水水质满足所需标准,支持了气化装置的稳定运行。加药系统通过自动化控制实现了精准的药剂授加,优化了处理过程,降低了运行成本,实现了可持续运营。

Abstract: In view of problems existing in the process of hard matter removal, silicon removal, precipitation and sludge treatment in the ash water treatment system of gasifiers, aero-phoresis multi— effect reactor and precise dosing system are adopted to effectively improve the efficiency of water treatment, ensure the effluent quality meets the required standards, and support stable operation of the gasification unit. The dosing system realizes accurate dosing through automated control, optimizing processing, reducing operating costs, and achieving sustainable operation.
