PBT 与PBAT的反应原理、工艺流程具有很大的相似性，通过一定技术手段实现 PBT/PBAT 果性生产，可以丰富现有产品门类、增强企业的市场竞争力。介绍了某企业单线产能为100 kt/a的PBT生产装置工艺路线，从反应原理、工艺角度分析了柔性转产的可行性，在实际生产过程中实现了100kt/a PBT 和 80kt/a PBAT 生产线柔性切换。

Abstract:

The reaction principle and process flow of PBT and PBAT are very similar. PBT/PBAT flexible production by certain technical means can enrich the existing product categories and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces the process route of a PBT production unit with a production capacity of 100 kt/a, analyzes the feasibility of flexible switching from the reaction principle and process. and realizes the flexible switching between 100,000 t/s PBT and 80,000 t/a PBAT production lines in the actual production process.
