介绍了压力容器外部伴热的外伴管固定结构优化设计,并通过对其加工制造工艺技术进行了深入研究,特别的明确了制造工艺流程,探讨存在的问题及优化的可能性,并结合实际案例,提出改进措施和新的应用策略。实践验证了这些优化方法在提高工作效率、保证加工精度、降低生产成本等方面的显著效果。

Abstract:

 In this paper, design optimization of the fixed structure for external heat-tracing tubes of pressure vessels is introduced, and through in-depth study of its processing and manufacturing technologies, the manufacturing process is specifically identified, existing problems and the possibility of optimization are discussed. Moreover, by referring to actual cases, the improvement measures and new application strategies are proposed. Actual practice verifies that these optimization methods are effective in improving work efficiency, ensuring machining accuracy and reducing production cost, etc.
