Abstract: Based on the macro-inspection of the leakages in the two ammonia chillers of ammonia synthesis refrigeration unit and the results of water quality analysis, the paper discusses the causes of the leakage in ammonia chillers, puts forward several possible forms of corrosion, and proposes practical measures to solve the problem.
