摘要:
介绍了SY9000Plus控制系统在实际运行过程中，出现主处理器模块同时诊断到卡件离线、I/O卡件无故报警、上位机画面显示错误、上位机组态软件组态随意性大等问题，采取对硬件主板增加物理防护、I/O卡件固件版本升级、软件版本升级、加强组态修改管理及提高人员技能水平等措施，取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: This paper introduces some problems of SY9000Plus control system simultaneously diagnosed by the main processor module in its actual operation, such as card offline, arbitrary I/O card alarm sounding, upper computer screen display error, and random configuration of upper computer configuration software. The following countermeasures are taken, such as increasing physical protection of hardware motherboard, upgrading the firmware of I/O card, upgrading the software, strengthening management of configuration modification and improving the skill level of relevant personnel.
