通过对影响塔器挠度的几个重要参数(如平台数量、地面粗糙度类别、裙座半锥顶角和厚度等)的计算结果进行对比分析,得出平台的设置情况、大的基本风压下地面粗糙度类别和裙座的结构对塔器的挠度影响非常大的结论,并列出直观数据,以期引起设计人员的重视,防止在以后的工程设计中因为忽略这些参数,而使塔器出现安全隐患或者影响塔的工艺性能,也能够助力设计人员通过最省钱的方法达到减小塔器挠度的目的。

Abstract:
The calculation results of several key parameters influencing column deflection—platform number, ground roughness category, skirt semi-cone apex angle and thickness— are compared to draw the conclusion that column deflection is significantly affected by platform configuration, ground roughness category under significant base wind pressure, and skirt structure. Illustrative data is provided to alert designers to these factors, preventing potential safety hazards or compromised process performance due to their oversight in future engineering designs. This analysis also helps designers to reduce column deflection in the most cost-effective approach.
