合成氨装置进行贫气替代、富氧改造后,首次面临因空分故障导致纯氧退出的问题,分析了退氧运行造成二段转化炉温度降低和合成塔氢氮比失调的风险,通过系统性调整,弱化二段转化炉温度降低,维持合成塔在极低氢氮比下稳定运行,总结了退氧操作要点及对系统的影响。

Abstract:

Following lean gas substitution and oxygen enrichment modifications, the synthetic ammonia plant encountered its first instance of pure oxygen withdrawal due to failures in the Air Separation Unit. This paper analyses the risks posed by oxygen withdrawal, including temperature drop in the secondary reformer and hydrogen-to-nitrogen disproportion in the synthesis coverter. Through systematic adjustments, the temperature decline in the secondary reformer was mitigated while maintaining stable operation under extremely low hydrogen-to-nitrogen ratios. Key operational considerations and systemic impacts of oxygen withdrawal are summarised.
