基于---四维模型,深入剖析化工特殊作业事故的致因机理,结合江苏地区典型案例,探讨信息化管控系统在化工特殊作业中的应用价值。通过分析江苏索普化工建设工程有限公司“10·19”中毒窒息事故和无锡东沃化能有限公司“2.12”中毒事故,阐述传统管理模式下---各维度存在的不足,进而论证以特殊作业智能管控系统为代表的信息化手段如何从四维维度实现化工特殊作业的科学管控,为化工企业特殊作业安全管理提供兼具创新性、科学性与实用性的理论与实践参考。

Abstract:

Based on the Person-Machine-Environment-Management model, this study delves into the cause mechanisms of special chemical operations accidents. Drawing upon typical cases from Jiangsu Province, it explores the application value of information-based control systems in special chemical operations. Through analysis of the October 19th poisoning and asphyxiation incident at Jiangsu Suopu Chemical Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and the February 12th poisoning incident at Wuxi Dongwo Chemical Energy Co., Ltd., this study outlines deficiencies in the four perspectives of man, machine, environment, management under traditional management models. It subsequently demonstrates how information-based tools, such as the Intelligent Control System for Special Operations, make scientific management of special chemical operations real across all four dimensions. This provides innovative, scientific, and practical theoretical and practical references for the safety management of special operations in chemical enterprises.
