介绍了低浓度烧碱溶液蒸发浓缩回用系统的工艺设计,进料浓度7%,出料浓度约32%,温升相对较低,采用顺流降膜蒸发工艺,利用喷射热泵与四效蒸发相结合的节能蒸发技术,处理量92 t/h,蒸汽单耗降低至0.26,实现了烧碱溶液的高效节能浓缩,生产效率、能源利用率均得到了明显提升,体现了行业节能降耗的设计理念,满足了行业充分利用低品位热能的要求。

Abstract:
This paper presents the process design for an evaporation concentration and reuse system of low-concentration caustic soda solution. With a feed concentration of 7% and an outlet concentration of approximately 32%, the system features a relatively low temperature rise. Employing a counter-current falling film evaporation process,combining jet heat pumps and four-effect evaporation systems, the designed unit operates at a capacity of 92 t/h and brings the steam consumption to 0.26 kg per kilogram of product. It realizes highly efficient, energy-saving caustic soda solution concentration, remarkably enhancing production efficiency and energy utilisation. The design embodies industry principles for energy conservation and consumption reduction, meeting requirements for making full use of low-grade thermal energy.
