针对两种典型的换热器结构,深入探讨其存在的问题,包括流动阻力偏高、热交换效能不足等,提出换热器优化设计方案:增大盘管管径、采用双盘管结构、设计可拆卸清洗结构。最后,分析了优化后的换热器在化工高危泵机械密封系统中的具体应用,这为化工领域高危泵用机械密封冷却系统的优化设计提供了理论依据,有效提升了化工设备运行时的可靠性与安全性。

Abstract:

This study touches deeply into the issues inherent in two typical heat exchanger structures, including excessive flow resistance and insufficient heat exchange efficiency. An optimized design solution is proposed, involving larger coil diameter, dual-coil structure, and a removable cleaning mechanism. In the end, it analyzes the application of the optimized heat exchanger in mechanical seal systems of high-risk chemical pumps. This provides a theoretical basis for optimizing mechanical seal cooling systems in high-risk chemical pumps, effectively enhancing the reliability and safety of chemical equipment operation.
