针对煤化工行业面临的效率与安全挑战，提出智慧工厂建设方案。通过分析行业现状，结合数字化与智能化技术，构建了涵盖生产、管理、能源优化的系统框架，旨在提升企业竞争力与可持续发展能力。研究采用系统工程方法，整合工业互联网与大数据技术，为煤化工企业提供可操作的转型路径。

Abstract:

Aiming at the efficiency and safety challenges faced by the coal chemical industry, this paper proposes a construction scheme for smart factories. It analyzes the status quo of the industry and builds a systematic framework of production, management, and energy optimization based on digital and intelligent technologies. It aims to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities of factories in the coal chemical industry. The paper adopts a Systems Engineering Approach and integrates industrial internet and big data technologies to provide a practical path for coal chemical transformations.
