造粒塔作为尿素项目所特有的一种重要装置结构，其结构复杂、施工难度大、费用测算困难，在费用的计算过程中难以获得类似构筑物的费用参考。通过在一定结构形式中对相关直径高度下的造粒塔整体及各局部成本比例构成进行分析，剖析了该结构条件下各部分成本的构成和费用测算注意项，为类似工艺和结构的造粒塔费用测算提供了重要经验数据，也为后续在一定条件下依据目标造粒塔已有条件的局部费用推算出目标造粒塔整体费用，提供了好的测算模式和途径。

Abstract:
As a critical structure unique to urea projects, the granulation column presents complex construction challenges and difficulties in cost estimation, with limited reference data available for similar structures during cost calculation. By analyzing the proportionate cost composition of the overall granulation column and its individual sections at its diameter and height with specific structural forms, this study breaks down the cost composition of each section under these structural conditions and identifies key considerations for cost estimation. It provides crucial empirical data for cost estimation of granulation columns with similar processes and structures, while also establishing a sound model and methodology for deriving the overall cost of a target granulation column based on existing partial costs under specific conditions.
