摘要:

以氟化铵与副产硫酸钠为原料制备氟化钠,研究了各因素对产品质量和收率的影响。实验表明:控制反应温度80℃,反应时间3h,氟化铵过量20%,添加氢氧化钠进行反调,控制溶液pH值为7左右,选择钠源质量配比为NaOH:Na₂SO₄=0.5:9.5,二次合成氟化铵与硫酸钠投料量为一次合成中硫酸钠投入量8.2%条件下,参考GB/T 4293—1984,氟化钠产品质量可达一等品以上,含量为98.68%,收率为96.06%,副产硫酸铵为GB/T 535—2020Ⅱ级品质以上。

Abstract:

This study investigates the production of sodium fluoride using ammonium fluoride and by-product sodium sulphate as raw materials, examining the influence of various factors on product quality and yield. Experiments demonstrate that optimal conditions are achieved by controlling reaction temperature at 80 ℃, reaction time at 3 hours, ammonium fluoride excess at 20%, adjusting pH to approximately 7 with sodium hydroxide, and selecting sodium source mass ratio as NaOH:Na₂SO₄=0.5:9.5. In the secondary synthesis stage, ammonium fluoride and sodium sulphate feed rates are set at 8.2% of the primary input. Meeting the above conditions, the sodium fluoride product meets or even exceeds first-grade quality standard as set in GB/T 4293-1984, with a purity of 98.68% and a yield of 96.06%. The by-product ammonium sulphate meets Grade Ⅱ quality or higher as per GB/T 535-2020.
