在农业生产中,植物病害始终是威胁农作物产量与质量的关键因素。近年来,随着琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂(SDHI)类杀菌剂在市场上的使用快速增多,作用于琥珀酸脱氢酶的吡唑类杀菌剂凭借其独特的作用机制和良好的杀菌效果,在植物病害防治中发挥着重要作用。介绍了作用于琥珀酸脱氢酶的吡唑类杀菌剂的相关产品的作用机制、结构特点及其合成方法,并讨论了吡唑类杀菌剂的未来发展方向。

Abstract:

In agricultural production, plant diseases have always been a key factor threatening crop yield and quality. In recent years, with the rapid growth of the market for succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors (SDHI) fungicides, pyrazole fungicides that act on succinate dehydrogenase have played an important role in plant disease control due to their unique mechanism of action and excellent bactericidal effect. This article introduces the mechanism of action, structural characteristics, and synthesis methods of related pyrazole fungicides that act on succinate dehydrogenase, and discusses the future development direction of pyrazole fungicides.
