Abstract: This paper introduces different hydrogenation technologies applicable to the refining industry, analyzes and explains the coal/ residual hydrogenation technology in terms of its gasification technology selection, process configuration, utility configuration, consumption and technoeconomic indicators based on real engineering experiences. Results show that comprehensive utilization of coal/residual oil hydrogenation and dry gas can further improve the economic value of dry gas and provide reference for local refining industries to select hydrogenation technologies.

介绍了适用于炼油行业的不同制氢技术,结合实际工程经验,对煤/残油制氢技术在气化技术选择、流程配置、公用工程配置、消耗及技术经济指标等方面进行了分析说明,结果表明,煤/残油制氢与干气综合利用可进一步提高干气的经济价值,为地方炼油行业制氢技术的选择提供参考。
