Abstract: By taking the most important valve in coal gasification unit(i. e. black water valve) as the research object, and through establishing black water valve models with different valve body inner cavity radiuses, the influence of inner cavity radius of black valve on the flow of fluid inthe valve was studied via numerical simulation calculation. The results showed that increasing the inner cavity radius could improve the fluid flow in the valve to some extent, and the inner cavity radius could be reasonably increased in light of production cost in actual production.

以煤气化装置中最为关键的阀门——黑水阀为研究对象,通过建立不同阀体内腔半径的黑水阀模型,采用数值模拟计算的方法研究了阀体内腔半径对阀内流体流动的影响。结果表明,增加内腔半径可在一定程度上改盖阀内流体的流动情况,在实际生产中可结合生产成本合理增加内腔半径。
