介绍了合成氨装置中锅炉给水预热器结构型式及材料选择、弹簧支座选型需注意事项。合拢缝局部热处理后易出现焊缝硬度不合格的原因及解决方法，描述了为尽量降低操作工况下直连管口处的附加力和附加弯矩等载荷的锅炉给水预热器合理安装步骤。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the structural type and material selection of boiler feedwater preheater in ammonia plant, unveils the points worth highlighting in the type selection of spring supports, analyzes the reasons and solutions regarding unqualified folded seam weld hardness after local heat treatment, and describes the reasonable steps for boiler feedwater preheater installation under the precondition of minimizing the additional force and additional bending moment at the straight-connecting pipe nozzles in operation case.
