摘要:

通过大颗粒尿素造粒装置粉尘洗涤器回收尿液，并将其加入到蒸发系统，分析此操作对前系统的影响，对比将尿液加入真空预浓缩器分离器还是加入真空浓缩器的加入点，在实际生产中调节蒸发预浓缩的压力与蒸发系统蒸汽用量的对应关系，最终确定回收尿液加入点，选取的最优方案是加入真空预浓缩器分离器，在生产中降低了蒸汽耗量，实现提质增效。

Abstract:

In  the  process  of production, the  inherent characteristics  of the  centrifugal  compressor  are  affected  by  the varying  process parameters under  various  working  conditions, which  makes  the  compressor  prone  to  surge. By  setting  up the  anti-surge control logic  via the ITCC control system,the surge problem  of  the  unit  is prevented  to  the  maximum,ensuring the safe,stable and long period operation of the device.
