针对园区内部循环流化床锅炉经常出现的水冷壁泄漏、锅炉堵煤、入炉煤颗粒度大等问题,河南龙字煤化工有限公司成立技术攻关小组分析问题原因,在采取水冷壁改造、控制入炉煤煤质、优化工艺操作、使用新型锅炉水处理剂以及制定长周期奖励机制等手段后,运行质量显著提高,实现了锅炉A级连续稳定运行 373 d的好成绩。

Abstract:
In light of issues frequently occurred to the circulating fluidized bed boilers within the plant, such as water-cooling wall leakage, coal plugging in the boiler, and large particle size of the coal fed into the furnace, a specialized technical research group was set up in Henan longyu Chemical Co. ,Ltd. to analyze the reasons behind such issues. Through water- cooling wall modification, feed coal quality control, process operation optimization, new type boiler water treatment agent utilization and development of the long-cycle reward system, the device operating quality has been significantly improved, realizing such remarkable result as 373-day Grade A continuous stable operation of boilers.
