摘要: 介绍了浙江晋巨化工有限公司工业二氧化碳生产装置存在二氧化碳产品过度加工、产品品质过高、装置能耗高、氨冷器面积小、液化能力不足、系统阻力大等问题。针对这些问题,提出简化净化工序工艺流程、增加提纯塔塔釜氨冷器换热面积等技改措施。改造后的装置系统阻力大幅下降,液化能力得到提升,节约了生产成本,增产降耗效果显著。

Abstract: The paper presents problems plaguing the industrial CO2 Plant of Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Co., Ltd., such as over-processing of CO2 products, excessive product quality, high energy consumption , small area of ammonia chiller, insufficient liquefaction capacity and large system resistance. In view of these problems, it proposes technical transformation measures such as simplifying the process flow of purification and increasing the heat exchange area of ammonia chiller in the purification tower. Thanks to these measures, the system resistance has been greatly reduced, the liquefaction capacity improved, the production cost saved, leading to remarkable effects of higher production and lower consumption.
