摘要: 社会经济的不断发展对化工生产提出了更高的要求，除了需要保证生产效率以外,还应做好安全保障。自动化控制技术的成熟为化工生产提供了更多的便利，运用自动化控制系统能够提高化工生产的管理质量，同时防止安全事故的发生，推动了化工生产企业的改革与转型。因此，在化工生产中，需要合理利用自动化控制系统，促进生产过程的自动化与信息化。介绍了化工自动化控制的概念，以及化工生产自动化的重要性，并对化工生产自动化控制系统在金新化工有限公司的应用进行了总结。

Abstract: Continuous social & economic development has imposed higher requirements on chemical production．In addition to ensuring production efficiency , safety should also been ensured．The maturity of automatic control technology brings more convenience to chemical production, snd the use of automatic control system can improve the management quality of chemical production as well as prevent occurrence of safety accidents, promoting the reform and transformation of chemical production enterprises．Therefore, in chemical production, it is necessary to maker  reasonable use of automatic control system to promote automation and information application during production．This paper introduces the concept of automatic control in chemical engineering and the importance of chemical production automation, and in the meantime, it summarizes the application of such system in Jinxin Chemical Co, Ltd．
