针对某变电站一例10kV成套并联电容器无功补偿柜柜内短路,引发10kV系统短时电压波动的故障进行了分析,发现单相接地故障引发喷射式熔断器熔断,从而发展成三相短路,提出了相应的改造及防范措施。

Abstract: In the analysis of a short-term voltage fluctuation of the 10kV system in a substation, caused by short circuit in the reactive power compensation cabinet of a 10kV shunt capacitor set, it was found that the single-phase grounding fault caused the jet fuse to blow, which developed into a three-phase short circuit. The paper also proposes corresponding transformation and prevention measures.
