摘要: 根据板块化管理实践，结合已有项目集管理理论，分析了板块化项目特点，梳理了板块化管理执行要点，并进一步提出了推进板块化管理的相关建议，以期为国内工程公司的项目集管理以及板块化管理实践提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: According to the practice of modular management, and based on existing project set management theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of modular management projects, sorts out the key points of modular management, and further puts forward suggestions to promote modular management, in order to provide reference for Chinese engineering companies in terms of project set management and modular management.
