摘要: 针对石化装置密封技术单一、单位规范混乱、数据失真及VOCs减排成效不佳等问题,构建科学可量化的密封技术创新与VOCs减排协同体系,解决传统技术与实际应用脱节的痛点。通过AHP法构建协同度评价模型。工程验证表明:该方案能将密封点泄漏浓度控制在≤500μmol/molVOCs减排率约35%,运维成本降低20%,实现环保与经济效益双赢,为石化行业绿色转型提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

Given the lack of diversity in sealing technology, confusing company-wise specifications, distorted data and unsatisfactory VOCs emission reduction in petrochemical units, a scientific and quantifiable collaborative system of sealing technology innovation and VOCs emission reduction is constructed to solve the pain points of disconnection between traditional technologies and practical applications. A synergy degree evaluation model is established via the AHP method. Engineering practice verifies that this scheme can control the leakage concentration at sealing points to ≤500 μmol/mol, with a VOCs emission reduction rate of approximately 35%. Therefore, operation and maintenance costs are reduced by 20%, gaining both environmental and economic benefits, and providing technical support for the green transformation of the petrochemical industry.
