为解决生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液基质复杂、现有氨氮测定方法适配性不足的问题,采用甲醛中和滴定法,并对方法检出限等特性指标进行了验证。结果表明:其检出限和测定下限分别为1.76 mg/L、7.04 mg/L;标准样品与实际渗滤液样品的平行测定相对标准偏差(RSD)均<1.0%,加标回收率为97.6%~101.1%,符合环境监测的质量控制规范。该方法操作简便、干扰抗性强、准确度与精密度良好,为生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液中高浓度氨氮的快速精准测定提供了可靠技术支撑。

Abstract:
To address the issues of complex matrix in municipal solid waste landfill leachate and the inadequate suitability of existing ammonia nitrogen determination methods, the paper adopts the formaldehyde neutralisation titration method and verifies the performance parameters, including the detection limit. The results indicate that the detection limit and determination limit are 1.76 mg/L and 7.04 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for parallel determinations between standard samples and actual leachate samples is <1.0%, and the spiked recovery ranged from 97.6% to 101.1%, complying with environmental monitoring quality control standards. This method is simple to operate, highly resistant to interference, and offers good accuracy and precision, providing reliable technical support for the rapid and accurate determination of high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen in leachate from municipal solid waste landfills.
