为精准研判挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理技术在化工园区的落地效果与工况适配性,从技术机理、工程运行、集成模式等维度,系统剖析吸附法、催化燃烧法、生物处理法及复合工艺的核心原理、运行特点与适用场景,重点探究化工园区VOCs达标排放与资源化协同管控路径。研究表明:结合园区废气浓度、组分、风量及经济性等实际条件科学选型,既能高效削减VOCs排放量、改善区域大气环境质量,又能实现污染物减量化、无害化与资源化循环利用,助力化工行业绿色、低碳、高质量转型。

Abstract:
To accurately evaluate the practical effect and working condition adaptability of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) treatment technologies in chemical industrial parks, this paper systematically analyzes the core principles, operation characteristics and applicable scenarios of adsorption, catalytic combustion, biological treatment and combined processes from the perspectives of technical mechanism, engineering operation and integration mode. It focuses on exploring the coordinated control paths for the up-to-standard emission and resource utilization of VOCs in chemical industrial parks. The research shows that scientific selection based on actual conditions such as waste gas concentration, components, air volume and economic benefit in the park can not only efficiently reduce VOCs emissions and improve regional atmospheric environmental quality, but also realize the reduction, harmless treatment and resource recycling of pollutants, supporting the green, low-carbon and high-quality transformation of the chemical industry.
