回顾了目前已经工业化的低压氨合成技术(合成压力10 MPa以下),通过流程模拟计算,对比了不同低压氨合成技术的吨氨电耗,并分析了钌基催化剂在目前价格体系下的吨氨成本,总结了低压氨合成技术存在的挑战与改进方向。

Abstract:

This paper reviews currently industrialised low-pressure ammonia synthesis technologies (operating below 10 MPa synthesis pressure). Through process simulation calculations, it compares the power consumption per tonne of ammonia across different low-pressure ammonia synthesis technologies and analyses the cost per tonne of ammonia using ruthenium-based catalysts under the current pricing structure. It concludes by summarising the challenges and potential improvement directions for low-pressure ammonia synthesis technology.
