摘要:

为实现黄磷尾气中高价值CO的资源化利用,深度脱除H₂SCOSCS₂等硫化物杂质(要求净化后含量降至0.1 mg/m³以下)是关键所在。系统梳理黄磷尾气深度脱硫技术的研究进展,重点关注吸附材料、催化体系、吸收剂等关键领域与工业化相关的创新技术,对各类主流技术的作用机制、工艺参数及性能指标进行了详细分析,并结合中试与工业化应用案例,剖析阻碍新技术推广的关键难点、堵点,从而加快新技术在工业化黄磷尾气深度脱硫过程中的应用转化。

Abstract:

To achieve the resource utilisation of high-value CO in yellow phosphorus off-gas, the key lies in the deep removal of sulphide impurities such as H₂S, COS and CS₂ (requiring post-purification concentrations to below 0.1 mg/m³). This paper systematically reviews the research progress in deep desulphurisation technologies for yellow phosphorus off-gas, focusing on innovative industrial-scale technologies in key areas such as adsorbent materials, catalytic systems and absorbents. It provides a detailed analysis of the mechanisms, process parameters and performance indicators of various mainstream technologies. By drawing on pilot-scale and industrial application case studies, the paper identifies the key challenges and bottlenecks hindering the widespread adoption of new technologies, thereby accelerating the application and commercialisation of these technologies in the industrial deep desulphurisation of yellow phosphorus off-gas.
