建立了覆盖“上游和长输—城市输配—终端消费”全链条的城镇燃气系统碳排放核算边界和核算模型,量化整个链条各环节碳排放的比例与特征。案例分析表明,终端燃烧是最主要的排放源。根据核算结果提出以“多气源结构优化、智慧管网与泄漏控制、终端高效与燃料替代、数字化碳管理平台”为核心思想的“四维一体”减排路径优化框架。

Abstract:
This paper establishes an accounting boundary and model for the carbon emission of urban gas system covering the entire chain from “upstream production—long-distance transmission—urban distribution—end-use consumption”, quantifying the proportion and characteristics of carbon emissions at each stage of the chain. Case studies indicate that end-use combustion is the primary source of emissions. Based on the accounting results, a “four-dimensional in one” framework to optimize emission reduction pathways is proposed, centred on the core concepts of “optimizing multi-gas source structures, smart pipeline networks and leakage control, end-use efficiency and fuel substitution, and digital carbon management platform”.
