摘要:

零碳园区建设是破解园区高碳困境、推动产业绿色升级的重要路径,也是实现我国双碳目标的坚实支撑和重要抓手。在当前我国零碳园区建设全面推进的背景下,生物质集中供热凭借其资源循环性、减排确定性、经济可行性等突出优势,已成为我国园区用能低碳转型的核心路径之一。通过对我国食品产业园的生物质集中供热方案研究,提出资源适配、技术支撑、体系保障、示范引领的园区生物质集中供热全链条实施路径,并提出构建涵盖原料保障、技术支撑、供应链管控、示范模式打造四大维度的原料内循环、供热高品质、运营全清洁的项目实施体系,以期能为我国园区低碳/零碳化建设或改造提供参考,助力我国早日实现双碳目标。

Abstract:

The construction of "zero-carbon industrial parks" is an important approach to address the high-carbon dilemma of industrial parks and promote the green upgrading of industries, as well as a solid support and key measure to achieve China’s "dual carbon" goals. While zero-carbon industrial parks are under dominant construction in China, centralized biomass heating has become one of the core pathways for the low-carbon transformation of energy use in industrial parks, owing to its prominent advantages such as resource recyclability, emission reduction certainty and economic feasibility. After a study on centralized biomass heating schemes for food industrial parks in China, this paper proposes a full-chain implementation path for centralized biomass heating in industrial parks featuring "resource adaptation, technical support, system guarantee and demonstration leadership". It also puts forward a project implementation system covering four dimensions: raw material guarantee, technical support, supply chain management and control, and demonstration model building, to achieve internal circulation of raw materials, high-quality heating and full-clean operation. This research aims to provide references for the low-carbon/zero-carbon construction or renovation of industrial parks in China and support the early achievement of China’s "dual carbon" goals.
