Abstract:

This paper discusses the system design of large-scale refrigeration plants using compression refrigeration. Taking coal-to-synthetic ammonia production as an example, it explores the process design of refrigeration plants for different applications of ammonia products, the configuration of safety gas sources for dry gas seals in refrigeration centrifugal compressors, and the design principles of anti-surge systems.
