防腐碳砖作为一种广泛应用于化工、化肥等行业的耐腐蚀材料,其性能稳定性直接影响设备的安全性和使用寿命。然而,在实际使用过程中,碳砖会因长期接触水或液体介质出现膨胀而导致衬里结构空鼓、开裂等问题。通过分析碳砖的材料组成、结构特性,探讨了其浸水膨胀的主要原因,包括物理吸附与毛细作用、化学反应、热膨胀效应,并从材料优化、工艺改进、结构设计与施工和使用维护等方面提出了相应的控制措施,以期为防腐碳砖安全可靠使用提供理论依据和技术指导,延长其使用寿命,保障工业装置的安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:

As a corrosion-resistant material widely used in chemical, fertilizer and other industries, the performance stability of anti-corrosion carbon bricks directly affects the safety and service life of equipment. However, in actual service, carbon bricks may expand due to long-term contact with moisture or liquid media, resulting in problems such as hollowing and cracking of the lining structure. By analyzing the material composition and structural characteristics of carbon bricks, this paper discusses the main causes of their water immersion expansion, including physical adsorption and capillary action, chemical reactions, and thermal expansion effects. Corresponding control measures are proposed from the aspects of material optimization, process improvement, structural design, construction, operation and maintenance, so as to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the safe and reliable application of anti-corrosion carbon bricks, extend their service life, and ensure the safe and stable operation of industrial plants.
