摘要:

介绍了一种新型的导轨比例连杆膨胀节,分析了受限于设备布置的高温管道的补偿方式以及采用传统膨胀节盲板力大导致设备管口受力超标的问题,结合工程设计经验,提出了一种新型比例连杆膨胀节,新型导轨比例连杆膨胀节由比例连杆、导轨以及两组波纹管组成。探讨了比例连杆膨胀节在高温管道上的应用,该膨胀节的两组波纹管可以实现同时形变,保证了波纹管变形的协调性,延长了使用寿命;导轨代替了原有的拉杆,既保证了该种型式的膨胀节可以承受较大的盲板力,不需要设置消除盲板力的限位架,又保证了比例连杆变形的一致性。

Abstract:

This paper introduces a new type of  guide rail proportional connecting rod expansion joint,and analyses the compensation mode of high temperature pipes restricted by equipment layout and the problem of excessive stress at equipment nozzle caused by overly large force from the blind plate accompanying traditional expansion joint adoption. By drawing on project design experience,it puts forward a new kind of proportional connecting rod expansion joint,i. e. the guide rail proportional connecting rod expansion joint composed of proportional connectimng rod, guidrail and two sets of bellows. The application of proportional connecting rod expansion joint in high temperature pipelines is discussed. The two sets of bellows of the expansion joint can deform simultaneously, which ensures the congruousness of bellows deformation and prolongs the service life. The original tie rod is replaced by the guide rail, which not only ensures that the expansion joint of this type can bear significant blind plate force and renders the limit frame for removing such force unnecessary,but also guarantees the deformation consistency of the proportional connecting rod.
