基于流程模拟软件 Aspen Plus,对呼伦贝尔金新化工有限公司,低温甲醇洗装置的主吸收塔进行模拟计算。在对系统中各主要组分之间的气液平衡和液液平衡实验值与软件计算值进行拟合对比,验证了所选的PSRK物性方法对该系统计算的准确性之后,模拟计算得到了主洗塔内各组分分布图及温度变化图,并分析了不同工况下主洗塔的运行情况。

Abstract:
In this paper,the main absorption collumn of cryogenic methanol washing unit of Hulun Buir Jinxin Chemical Co.,Ltd. is simulation-calcuated based on the process simulation software of Aspen Plus, The experiment values and software-calculated values of gas liquid equilibrium and liquid-liquid equilibrium for main components of the system are compared in a matching method, verifying the accuracy of the selected PSRK physical property method on system calculation,and then the charts on component distribution and temperature variation within the mair washing tower are simulation calculated,and the operation conditions of the main washing tower under different working conditions are analyzed.
