氧气是煤气化装置关键反应物,它与煤和蒸汽发生作用,生成 CO、H2、CO2等组成的合成气。粉煤气化过程中氧气的含量约为 5MPa、200℃,一些非金属材料甚至金属材料容易引起燃烧,工况十分危险。氧气阀在调节和截断氧气方面起着至关重要的作用,调节阀使氧气流量满足工艺要求,调节阀在紧急情况下截断氧气。因此,避免绝热压缩的旁路设计、阀体和阀内件的豁免材料应用、提高密封表面硬度和相容性的熔焊或超音速喷涂工艺,这些因素对确保阀门在氧气环境下正常、安全的运行非常重要。

Abstract:
Oxygen is the key reactant in the coal gasification unit. It interacts with coal and steam to produce syngas composed of CO, H2 and CO2, In the process of pulverized coal gasification,the pressure of oxygen is about 5 MPa and the temperature is 200℃. Some non-metallic materials or even metal materials are liable to cause combustion,thus making working conditions rather perilous. The oxygen valve plays a vital rolein regulating and cuting off oxygen. It makes the oxygen flow meet the process requirements,and also cuts off oxygen in an emergency, Therefore,the following factors are of great importance in ensuring normal and safe operation of the valve in an oxygen-present environment: bypass design that avoids adiabatic compression,application of exemption materials on the valve body and valve internals,as well as fusion welding or supersonic spraying process that improve sealed surface hardness and compatibility.
