Abstract: Through comparative analysis of the modular and non-modular reformers in the chemical plant,it is made clear that modular supply of reformers boasts obvious advantages in shortening the construction duration of the whole project, ensuring manufacturing quality and controlling the comprehensive project cost. In the meantime,such new issues at different stages of a module as transportation with reinforcing measures, assembly dimension deviation control, refractory maintenance and site installation control are expounded in detail, the results of which show that modularization of reformers should be conducted in a project-specific manner, taking into comprehensive consideration the proiect quality, cost and progress,and taking rational control of the degree of modularization, with a view to scoring maximum economic returns.

通过对化工装置中转化炉的模块化与非模块的比较分析,发现转化炉的模块化供货在缩短整个项目的建设周期、保证制造质量及控制项目综合成本上优势明显。同时对模块各阶段中运输加固、装配尺寸偏差控制、耐火材料养护及现场安装控制等新问题进行了详细的阐述,总结得出:在具体项目转化炉的模块化中应因地制宜,并综合考量项目的质量、成本和进度,控制好模块化程度,以期达到最大的经济效益。
