Abstract: The quality of high pressure thick wall stainless steel tubes and their secondary processed products in hydrocracking unit are the key to ensuring the long cycle operation of hydrocracking units. During production and processing, the hydrocracking medium characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, and the presence of hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide, etc. must be taken into proper consideration, the author believe that the right rolling and heat treatment methods shall be adopted by manufacturers based on the purity of raw materials, with a view to guaranteeing the long cycle use of large-caliber thick-wall stainless steel tubes in high pressure hydrocracking. When the pipe diameter exceeds Φ457, the pilgrim mill is the best choice.

加氢裂化装置中高压不锈钢厚壁钢管及其二次加工产品的质量是保证加氢裂化长周期运行的关键。其生产加工必须考虑高温、高压、临氢和硫化氢等加氢裂化的介质特点。笔者认为制造厂应考虑原材料的纯净度,并采用正确的轧制和热处理方式,才能满足高压加氢裂化大口径厚壁不锈钢管长周期使用的需求。文章结尾引用 Biller 博士的观点,认为当管径超过 Φ457 时,周期轧管机是最佳的选择。
